Grigoryan & Associates represents individuals and businesses in US immigration, trademark, corporate, and litigation matters, with offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Yerevan.
Our clients come from across the United States and abroad: families and professionals seeking visas and permanent residence, founders building US companies, businesses protecting their brands, and companies in disputes before California courts. The firm also practises Armenian law, so clients with matters in both countries deal with one firm. We work in English, Armenian, and Russian.

Valeri Grigoryan founded Grigoryan & Associates and leads the firm's associates across its three offices.
He is admitted to the State Bar of California and represents clients in US immigration proceedings and federal appeals, trademark matters before the USPTO, corporate matters, and civil litigation in California's state and federal courts. He has worked in legal practice since 2015 and has been a licensed advocate in Armenia since 2020, where his practice includes criminal defense and business matters.
He holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and an LL.B. from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law.
